Support Pulmonary Hypertension Association - 2009 Combined Federal Campaign CFC PHA #12097
The 2009 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) pledge season is about to begin! It is with your generosity, and the generosity of others like you, that PHA is able to fund pulmonary hypertension research, provide patient support, educate medical professionals, and raise awareness of PH. That's why I'm asking you to designate PHA as the beneficiary of your CFC gift this year. PHA's designation number is #12097
If you'd like to promote our cause around your workplace, please visit our CFC web page:
Want to do more? Contact Jennifer Kaminiski by calling 301-565-3004 X756 or emailing JenniferK@PHAssociation.org to request more materials or learn what else you can do at your workplace to help make life better for pulmonary hypertension patients.
Thanks again for your support. I hope we can count on your support this year.
Warm regards, Rino Aldrighetti President
